Semi-Private Classes

Semi-Private Pilates classes are 50 minutes of full body athletic based Pilates. Our style of teaching is through a challenging and athletic Pilates workout. We will use weights, bands, balls and incorporate strength training exercises into your work out. This strength training reformer Pilates session is designed to increase mobility, strength, and change the overall appearance of the body from the inside out. We want to make you sweat and help you to feel your best! We recommend trying a private first if you are new to reformer pilates.
